Overview

Position Overview

Unified Door and Hardware is seeking a Business Process Owner (BPO) – Manufacturing to lead the transformation of our manufacturing processes as part of our ERP implementation. This is a newly created role that will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for manufacturing and assembly business processes, ensuring they are optimized and ERP-enabled.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process Optimization & ERP Integration  
  • Map and analyze current manufacturing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the ERP project team to optimize processes for maximum system benefits.

 

  1. Requirements Gathering & System Design      
  • Work closely with end-users to gather business requirements.
  • Communicate requirements to the ERP project team to ensure alignment with system design.

 

  1. ERP System Testing
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality meets business needs.

 

  1. Training & User Adoption
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the new ERP system.

 

  1. Change Management
  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Communicate system changes and benefits to stakeholders and end-users.

 

  1. Data & Reporting Management
  • Oversee system configuration, master data strategy, and report requirements for manufacturing operations.

  • Forecasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing business.
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
  • Strong experience utilizing ERP systems in a manufacturing & warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience in ERP implementation/launch is highly desirable.
  • Cross-functional experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Purchasing, Materials Management, Scheduling, Shop Floor Supervision, etc.).
  • Experience in Job Shop or Discrete Manufacturing environments preferred.

Compensation

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

  • Base: $ 125,000 - $150,000 salary
  • Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range

Min: USD $125,000.00/Hr., Max: USD $150,000.00/Hr.
